Tree arrived barefoot, dried and dead. Seller just uprooted the tree, completely barerooted the tree, pit it in a bag with another tree that had its rootball intact and shipped it. Contacted seller, but seller’s response was no returns no refund. Seller made absolutely no attempt to resolute anything, saying it’s risky to sell trees in this weather. This was not a weather/heat issue, it was solely a negligent shipping and handling issue my the seller. Wrote a complaint to Shop, but it’s been days, no response either. This seller should not be allowed to sell trees mail order to anyone. Had to give them one star or won’t be able to submit review.
Your obscene language and poor attitude made it impossible to work with you. I'll never deal with you again.
